How it runs
Survey and fixed price against an approved drawing, so the amount financed is a real number.
You choose a route: deferred interest, fixed instalment or your own lender.
Application goes to the lender directly. We never see or hold your financial details.
Draw schedule runs against the build stages, so nothing is drawn for work that has not happened.
