Estimates, drawings and variations
Budget ranges shown on this site are sample figures for illustration. A real price is issued in writing against an approved setting-out drawing after a site survey, and the drawing forms part of the contract.
Where work uncovers a condition that could not reasonably have been seen at survey, such as rot at a tub flange, a failed existing membrane or undersized joists, we stop, photograph it and issue a written variation for your approval before continuing.
Workmanship and waterproofing warranty
As a sample position for this demonstration site: two years on workmanship and ten years on the waterproofing assembly, provided the bathroom has been used and maintained normally and no third party has altered the wet zone. Manufacturer warranties on tile, fixtures and glass pass through to you and are registered at handover.
